Scope of Work
This complex and environmentally sensitive project focused on preparing 2.5 miles of old roads to be redeveloped into 21st century roads with a completely new below ground infrastructure. Our work included removing and recycling 1,400 tons of steel; 30,000 tons of asphalt and concrete; 400 tons of asbestos materials, lead paint abatement and repainting a historic building. The project also included lead and hydrocarbon soil excavations and disposal, monitoring well abandonment and complete building demolitions. Heavy equipment such as Excavators, Loaders, Dockers and 35-ton rock trucks were utilized throughout the project. Work was completed with zero loss in time and a recycling rate of 99.54%. |
