Scope of Work
Project involved the complete removal of all tenant improvements and mechanical systems from a 12 story - 180,000 sq. ft. office building located in the historic downtown Los Angeles area. Work included substantial asbestos abatement of plaster ceilings, floor tiles, pipe insulation, duct insulation and roof mastics. At the completion of our work for the owner, we were awarded the hard demolition contract which involved substantial concrete demolition of walls and slabs. |
