Scope of Work
With the completion of the new $17,000,000 Engineering Facility, our client, Nielsen Dillingham, was contracted to remodel Building 13.
Prior to the design build remodel, Miller Environmental, Inc. was contracted to remove asbestos floor tile, fireproofing, ceiling tiles, pipe insulation and provide interior and structural demolition. The demolition ranged from breaking and removing concrete to soil excavation for the new elevator. All work was completed on schedule. |
