Professional Experience
Oscar Martin originally joined Miller Environmental in 2002 as a laborer. Due to his strong leadership abilities and organizational skills he moved up in positions quickly from laborer to supervisor in 2004 and in 2005 to warehouse driver. Finally in 2006 he was promoted to head dispatcher and equipment manager. As dispatcher and equipment manager his duties include: organizing and dispatching all employees, material and equipment to each jobsite, obtaining all required city permits for work done, and working with the office and jobsite to ensure that all necessary paperwork is onsite at all times. Oscar is regularly relied upon to transport equipment and schedule material needed. Oscar Martin is a prime example of Miller Environmental's policy to recognize strong employees and promote within the company.
