Professional Experience
Mr. Gonzales joined Miller Environmental, Inc. in 2004. His main functions include; maintaining equipment in the best achievable operable condition, minimizing lost time, and being prepared for emergency repairs. Mr. Gonzales has designed a 'Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Program' providing tasks to the equipment to ensure an efficient and smooth operation as well as instruct maintenance, production and sanitation personnel in the proper operation, cleaning and caring of equipment and systems. He regularly conducts inspections to the equipment; reporting results to management and prepares work assignments to field service employees. Performing and supervising equipment repairs, enforcing critical control point checks that will affect personnel, and product quality as well as safety. He maintains the equipment break down to a minimum, addresses preventive maintenance activities to perform corrective maintenance efficiently. Mr. Gonzales plays a key role in enabling us to deliver our best quality work to our customers.
