Formed in 2006, California Equipment Rentals, Inc. (CER) provides heavy equipment, such as, operated excavators (with attachments such as bucket, breaker, pulverizer, grapple or shear), loaders, backhoes, track loaders, water trucks and skid-steer loaders. CER also offers a full line of environmental remediation equipment.  Most operated equipment  is run by Local 12 Operating Engineers.  Environmental remediation equipment, water trucks and skid-steer loaders are available for bare rental.
